The executive chef at Naomi’s Kitchen is the inimitable Naomi Byrne. With almost ten years’ catering experience under her apron, she has been trained at the world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School and has worked for the original and highly-regarded Avoca Cafes in County Wicklow. Naomi’s also travelled the world to learn about ethnic foods – including studying at the famous Siam Cookery School in Thailand and cooking at both large and small catering establishments throughout Australia.
At Naomi’s Kitchen we cater for all events, large and small, flexibility and individuality is something at which we excel. In 2007, we hosted the Official St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon in The Pillar Room, catering for over 300 guests. We also cater regularly for clients as diverse as Nokia, the Marketing Institute of Ireland, Brown Thomas, Microsoft, Oxegen Festival Launch Party 2010, GalleryNumberOne and for many a wedding at Ballybeg House – the eclectic wedding venue.
Everything from Naomi’s Kitchen is homemade from start to finish, using only natural and free range ingredients. We support local producers, growers and suppliers whenever possible, and all our meat and poultry is fully traceable right back to Happy Farms in both counties Sligo and Carlow.
