Buffets:

Does your event require food that’s slightly more substantial? A buffet provides the perfect median between finger food and a sit-down meal. Here’s an example of some of the innovative and delectable dishes from our buffet menu.

  • Rustic Lamb with Rosemary and Redcurrant.
  • San Sebastian Pork with Olives.
  • Beef and Guiness.
  • Pork with Creamy Lakeshore Mustard, and Apple Sauce.
  • Spanakoppita – Filo with Caremelized Red Onion, Leaf Spinach, Greek Feta and Pine Nuts.
  • Posh Fisherman’s Pie.
  • Pork, Chicken, Apricot and Pistachio Terrine.
  • Frittata with Goats Cheese, Mediterranean Roasted Veg, Sunblanched Tomato and Basil.
  • Fresh Salmon Darnes with Sweet Chilli and Lime Glaze.
  • Rustic Balsamic Baby Potatoes with Rosemary, Thyme and Roasted Garlic.
  • Moroccan Cous Cous.
  • Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoe, Greek Feta and Hazelnut.
  • Carrot, Orange Zest, Fresh Coriander and Sesame.
  • Vine Tomatoes, Rocket, Red Onion and Greek Olives.
  • Spicy Chickpea, Cumin, Coriander and Black Onion seeds.
  • Oriental Noodles with Ginger, Mangetout and Asian Vegetables.

Desserts:

  • French Pear and Almond.
  • Tart Au Citron.
  • Mixed Berry Tart.
  • Meringue Roulade with Fresh Wexford Strawberries.
  • Apple and Blackberry Nutty Crumble.


 

"St. Patricks Festival used Naomi Kitchen for the Official Green Picnic Festival Lunch on March 17th, which hosted 350 guests in The Pillar Room in the Rotunda Hospital. We were really delighted by both you and your very personal yet professional service and all our guests loved the choice and range of food, everything was so fresh and tasty and the staff and service were second to none.
