Achill Island Sea Salt - Mayo

The O'Malley clan were so inspired by a documentary on a long forgotten tradition of sea salt production on Achill Island, that they began producing it in their family kitchen. They've come a long way since that day in 2013, and now ship their Grade A high mineral content salt worldwide. They use a combination of sustainable traditional and modern techniques to create a great tasting, pure, and natural Irish sea salt, which is still organically hand harvested in small batches. If you ever find yourself enjoying the Wild Atlantic Way, and the landscape and thrills of Achill Island itself, be sure to visit the O'Malley's at their Achill Island Sea Salt Visitor Centre, where visitors can get a unique behind-the-scenes tour of how they make their award-winning Achill Island Salt.

The Apple Farm - Tipperary

Nestled in the lush Golden Vale, between Cahir and Clonmel in Co Tipp, the Traas family can be found growing 60 different varieties of apples on their farm, along with various varieties of strawberries, raspberries, cherries, plums, and pears. This cornucopia goes into making a range of hand-pressed juices, both still and sparkling. Should you find yourself down this neck of the woods, why not launch a tent in the back of the car and pitch it on the Traas family campsite?

Aran Craft - Kildare

Aran Craft was originally established by Molly Cullen in 1957, after creating beautiful Aran designs with her mother and grandmother for many years. Molly’s dream was to incorporate a family knitting business whose heritage stretched back for over 100 years.

Their black tea leaves are responsibly sourced from Rainforest Alliance Certified™ tea gardens, helping to safeguard farmers and their local environment. That gets the big thumbs up from us.

Clintons Crisps - North Dublin

The Clintons have been farming potatoes on their Skerries farm, for the last seven generations – so, it’s safe to say they know a thing or two about spuds. In 2018, brothers Martin and Sean decided to peel back their pure potato business, turning their hand to making crisps. And, lo, Clintons Crisps was born to create an Irish crisp like no other, with texture, flavour, and that all-important crunch, to rave reviews. Cooked in 100% rapeseed oil, you get a crisp with a distinctive bite, which is non-GMO and free of nasties; as natural as it can be. Additionally, Clintons Crisps are the only complete range available in Ireland that are vegan friendly and free from all 14 allergens.

Harry is living his dream; jarring out Dublin’s best nut butter and having a lot of fun doing it. Add this super versatile nut butter to your cooking, simmer it into soups for a West African twist, or add some fish sauce and lime to make a sour Malaysian style dipping sauce. He's now added a couple of more totally addictive blends to the range: Coco Buzz and Pure Peanut.
