Wildwood Vinegars are a unique range of foraged wild fruit, herb, berry and blossom infused vinegars. They are fermented using only spring water, organic honey, natural yeasts, and are converted to vinegar using their own unique vinegar mothers. They are then aged in oak barrels for 5 years to unlock their wonderful flavour and essence. Beautifully bottled, this is a unique artisinal product from the Wild Atlantic Way.
