Aubergine Tagine, Chickpeas & Toasted Almonds
Everyone’s talking about Meat-Free Mondays, so why not give our tasty veggie options a whirl? Aubergine and tomatoes are slow-cooked with chickpeas, North African spices, and preserved lemons. An invigorating dish, topped with finely chopped coriander leaf and toasted almonds. Best served with our Aromatic Moroccan Couscous.

All meals can be placed in the oven or microwave, and are also suitable for home freezing. Made in an environment where all 14 allergens may be present.
