Can I order the Food Boxes as a gift?
Absolutely! As long as the recipient has enough room in their fridge or freezer, this is the perfect gift for the ones you care about. We also offer gift vouchers, an Irish Artisan Hamper, and have a unique Gift & Wellbeing range if you are looking for something extra special to add to your Food Box or hamper.

Can I choose what meals I receive in the Food Boxes?
Our listed Food Boxes vary from week to week and will be randomly selected by our Chefs from the full list of mains, sides and treats, based on availability.

If you wish to customise what you would like to order, feel free to go 'a la carte' on any of the individual items listed. However, these items will be priced singly and the Food Box bundle prices do not apply.

How do I cook the meals?
All meals will come individually packaged with full cooking and allergen information highlighted on the back of the sleeve. Savoury dishes arrive in trays that are microwaveable, oven proof, freezer proof, and recyclable when clean. If you have any other questions at all please contact us directly and we’d be happy to help.

What allergens are present?
All allergens are listed in BOLD on the back of each product. Please be aware that our chefs prepare all dishes in a kitchen where nuts, crustacean, milk, gluten, and all 14 allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that our dishes will not contain traces of these allergens.

How long will the meals last in my freezer?
The storage instructions for individual products are listed on the back of each sleeve. All of our meals can be frozen for up to 3 months should you wish to save them to enjoy at a later date.

Are you provisionally taking event bookings?
We are working in tandem with the government guidelines. Our top priority is that both our staff and clients remain safe at all times. We are working closely with clients who have bookings with us, and organising alternative dates and logistics where necessary. We can also cater for socially distanced events where personalised packages or meals are delivered to each guest in their homes. If you are planning an event, or long-awaited party with loved ones as the restrictions are lifted, do let us know and we’d be more than happy to help. We can work with you to cater for whatever you may have in mind.

How do you ensure the safety of your staff during the pandemic?
Our team adheres to government guidelines, being mindful of social distancing and regularly washing and sanitising all hands and surfaces. Hand soap and sanitisers are widely available around our kitchen, office and collection areas. All staff ensure that they adhere to Covid-19 guidelines outside of the work environment.
