Terms & Conditions

Naomi’s Kitchen At Home is a new off-shoot of our company, Gastronomi Foods Ltd. If you see Gastronomi Foods Ltd on your invoice or statement, please note that it refers to Naomi's Kitchen At Home. 

By placing an order with us you are entering in to a contract to purchase from us. Once you have received a receipt and confirmation of purchase, this contract is binding. Naomi’s Kitchen At Home products are not allowed to be resold on to a third party.


Completing An Order

We require your full address including Eircode, phone number and email address. Only orders that been paid in full will be fufilled and dispatched.

For collection, please arrive at your designated collection time - there is no guarantee that orders will be hounoured outside of this time, unless otherwise agreed in advance with Naomi's Kitchen. 

For delivery, please ensure that there is someone over the age of 18 at home to receive and sign for the delivery. We will contact you to give you a window of when your delivery is due to arrive. We will do our very best to complete the delivery within this timeframe, however if there is a delay we will contact you to notify you of the delay. Where a delivery is attempted but no one was there to receive it, we may have to charge for a return delivery, however we hope that won’t be necessary, and will do everything we can to prevent having to issue another delivery charge.  



All prices listed on our website include VAT where applicable and does not include the delivery charge.The price quoted on our website at the time of your purchase will apply.  If there is an error in pricing that is advertised, we will contact you and give you the option of reordering or cancelling that order (to which a refund applies). We will always do our best to ensure that the products you purchase are supplied. 


Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Goods will be dispatched as per delivery instructions. 


Returns & Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund any item that has been damaged or incorrectly delivered, and will do our utmost to iron out any problems as soon as possible. We will only accept returns if the items delivered were not of merchantable quality or incorrect.  We ask you to inspect your delivery once you have received it and to contact us immediately if there is any issue by calling us on 01 444 2841 or by emailing us at hello@naomiskitchen.ie.  


Naomi's Kitchen At Home Gift Vouchers

  • The Naomi's Kitchen At Home gift voucher is not a credit card, or cheque guarantee card. 
  • Naomi's Kitchen is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.
  • Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. 
  • Naomi's Kitchen has the right to decline any voucher which has not been activated and validated according to our procedures, or if the voucher has been identitied as fraudulent.
  • Purchasing costs that exceed the cost of the voucher may be paid by debit/credit card.


Website Updates

Our website may be updated regularly, therefore content may change at any time. We reserve the right to withdraw and amend any service or product offering without prior notice. We may need to restrict access to some parts of our site or close it indefinitley, and are not liable if our site is unavailable.
