Stracotto al Chianti
Originating in Tuscany, this Italian favourite is one to send your taste buds spiralling and reminiscing on the times when we could travel freely. Slow-cooked Irish beef braised in a rich Chianti wine sauce with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, fresh parmesan, fresh basil pesto and toasted pine nuts. Best served with some fresh tagliatelle to accompany that robust, indulgent ragu sauce.

All meals can be placed in the oven or microwave, and are also suitable for home freezing. Made in an environment where all 14 allergens may be present.
